MÍTICA is a Fast-Casual burger restaurant concept that was born on January 20, 2020, in Mérida. Inspired by a genuine love for cooking and spending time together, our menu and dishes are rooted in fast food classics but elevated with our own innovative twist—a mix of techniques and ingredients developed through extensive experimentation to achieve our unique, crave-worthy flavor that draws everyone in.

When our guests visit us, we don’t just serve great food—we offer a memorable experience. We focus on the quality and flavor of our dishes, consistent presentation, and excellent customer service.

Our story began in 2020 with our first location in Santa Gertrudis Copó, inside a small convenience spot next to a gas station. That’s where the dream started—to create burgers with a unique style that could win over even the most discerning tastes.

Fueled by that momentum and despite the pandemic, we opened our second location in August of the same year on Av. García Lavín. In 2021, we launched branches in Macroplaza and Francisco de Montejo. And in 2022, our growth continued, reaching a total of 10 locations.

Our legacy has been built on the love and loyalty of our guests, who continue to drive us forward and make MÍTICA their go-to burger spot.
